Making the Change

We're not planted on the grounds, we're allowed to move.

I've started this site with plain texts and  no social media involvement.  The site hardly register a visit. After making some changes (blog title, layout, graphics  etc), I’ve noticed  an upswing, an   improvement. That is  enough boost for me to continue what I've started.

Keep on going and the chances are you will stumble on something, perhaps when you are least expecting it. I have never heard of anyone stumbling on something sitting down. ~Charles F. Kettering

To survive the storm at times, mean you have to bend with the wind. We can be firm on some aspects but there are certain things that we should be able to adopt to people and circumstances.

That's the thrill of blogging, you can do so many ways especially with your content and looks. Just like you, I've gone a long way from my first blog posting in tblog, no pics and no links whatsoever. Now I've got tons of photos and had even learned html coding myself haha...

Yes, Yusop, it's a long, continuous process pala. You have to learn new things from time to time! I have limited knowledge about HTML and javascript but it's good to learn one lesson at a time! Thanks!

yup, i always say this to my students: adapt to change. Change won't go with your flow. One of the factors to being successful is being flexible and adaptive. :)

Ric said...

That is true Mavin! We have to adapt to change because nothing is constant but change! Thanks a lot!

The only permanent thing in this world is CHANGE.

Congrats that your page has leaped heaps! More power to your blog!

Yes, ventocoseuss, it has improved somehow. But continuous effort and patience is needed. Anyway, the best boost for a blogger maybe is just to do blogging for fun! Just being able to share something to others is a great consolation. Thanks!

so true! :D congratulations on embracing change, not many people are able to be brave enough for it, no matter how small it seems to other people. :)

This saying is so timely. But as always, I've yet to master this, really.

Very nice realization. We have to change for us to be successful. We need to move, we need to do things right. Great!

Change can be a prelude to improving who we are and what we do. We should be open to it.
