Holding a Grudge

A simple lesson to consider because allowing grudge  to remain
in our hearts will definitely take the joy out of our lives.

It's always a heavier feeling holding a grudge so just let the bad emotions live for a while and let it flow out as soon as you can. Great comics by the way. I hope I can draw like that for my blog.

Amen to that! Carrying a grudge is the best way to let that other person win. But it's actually easier said than done. I think it takes some degree of maturity to truly forgive.

Very well said... Holding a grudge is like killing yourself slowly with your own bitterness. We just have to let it go. =)

I won't deny that I've taken a grudge on a lot of people. But as I continue on with this kind of hatred in my heart, I slowly felt this kind of pain slowly eating me up. That's when I decided to move on. I forgave. Not entirely forgotten but I did forgive them.

Holding a grudge doesn't really help. You're not punishing the "offender", you're just punishing yourself. ;)

Love the quotes. Sometimes, the simpler the better - Forgive and forget. :))

This is very true. The first person to benefit from your forgiveness is YOU.

I agree. Forgiving is like unloading a big rock that causes pain, so healing follows.
