Here are simple remedies for a stressful day.
A timely reminder for busy folks like many of us.
Breathe.
Go for a walk.
Talk about it.
Go to bed earlier.
Focus on what you can control.
Reminisce about the good times.
and may I add a heartfelt prayer.
Reminds me of the prayer I've posted before.
a rephrased prayer of St. Teresa of Avila:
Let nothing disturb me,
Let nothing frighten me,
Everything passes away
except God.
God alone is sufficient!

Great article. I've enjoyed this contribution. Its nice to see every questions answered in a blog post like this. I will add this post on my blog and link to it. Thanks for a clear informative post, I've learned a lot. I hope to see videos though as I can be A.D.D and reading articles is not my favorite thing to do online. So what I do sometimes is just print the whole thing and read offline.

Ako din I used to watch movies.. pero hindi na masyado ngayon..Madalas kain o kaya tulog : )

I was going through your blog and I came across this post. I like it Ric... I stress Less by talking to my friends, listening to veery loud music, a walk at the park or at the beach. Oh, and "Reminisce about the good times" is the best part.
