Smile

Whenever I'm  down, I  try to listen to an imaginary tune  in my mind  (Smile  by Nat King Cole):

Smile though your heart is aching 

Smile even though it's breaking 

When there are clouds in the sky, you'll get by 

If you smile through your fear and sorrow 

Smile and maybe tomorrow 

You'll see the sun come shining through for you...
Many times, there's no other way to be happy  but  to smile,  cheer ourselves up  and  move on.

Holding a Grudge

A simple lesson to consider because allowing grudge  to remain

in our hearts will definitely take the joy out of our lives.

Sowing Peas

That is time when I would remind myself  to  take  some rest and loosen up.
