Life is an echo. I was reminded again by the podcast I've heard the other night.

Whatever you send out

 always comes back to you...

Whatever you say and believe
will manifest in our reality, sooner or later.

We should  be aware of our thought patterns and  choice of words

 We shouldn't act against ourselves. 

We shouldn't beat ourselves up.

Try to approve and be kind (to self) by speaking
 the words that would uplift our hearts and spirits.
